Bundle-Track helps you find the source of quality problems quickly,
before they get out of hand.
Suppose you have an assembly problem - maybe the hem stitching
is too loose - but you have multiple workers and machines working
on hems. How do you find the trouble spot?
With Bundle-Track, it's simple:
- Find the ticket sheet
attached to the flawed bundle. Note its bundle number.
- Click the Bundle-Track's Bundle Adjustments button:
- Input the Bundle Number into the "Current Bundle"
field.
- Set the right-most dropdown above the table to "Scan Date
- Employee (units)"
- Check the activity list. Bundle-Track shows you exactly who
performed each operation on
that bundle.
