Client/Server Architecture
Bundle-Track is built on state-of-the art, client/server technology.
This is critically important! Many competing systems are simple
file-based systems that cannot provide the protections your data
needs. (Click here for more about the
client/server advantage.)
SQL-Compliant Database
Our embedded client-server database is SQL-compliant, so you can
transfer and analyze data easily with one of the many third-party
tools available in the marketplace. Also, the database comes with
its own easy-to-use maintenance tools, so sewing floors with no
on-site computer expertise can learn to perform database maintenance
with just minutes of training.
32-bit Windows Graphical User Interface
The image at right is typical of the screens you will find in Bundle-Track.
The look-and-feel is common to most Windows applications, so your
workers will become familiar with Bundle-Track quickly and easily.
Report Set based in Crystal Reports
Bundle-Track ships with dozens of reports,
all written in Crystal
Reports. Any trained Crystal Report writer can customize these
reports or create new ones, and we can add these new reports seamlessly
to your Bundle-Track system.
Network Capability (Network
Edition only)
Network Edition can be deployed over a network: any number
of user workstations can simultaneously access the central database
on a networked server, and tickets can be printed on a networked
printer. (Desktop Edition cannot be networked:
the entire system must operate within one machine with a locally
attached printer.)
Scalable User-Access Capacity
(Network Edition only)
The Bundle-Track license includes one Workstation Seat, which
provides access to reports and enough data entry capacity for up
to 200 workers. To provide additional simultaneous access from multiple
workstations, the Network Edition allows you to add Additional
Workstation Seats. We recommend one Workstation Seat per every
200 workers for production entry purposes. Additional Seats are
priced separately.
Multiple User Accounts, User Roles, and
Roles-Based Security (Network Edition
only)
Network Edition allows you to assign User Roles to User Accounts
so you can limit each user's access as appropriate for the roles
they perform in your facility. In Desktop Edition,
there is only one user account.
Multi-Language Capacity (Network
Edition only)
In Network Edition allows you to replace the text you see throughout
the software with any text you prefer. We've already provided
a Spanish translation. We can show you how to provide for other
languages simply by translating phrases in a spreadsheet.
Built-in Gross Pay Export for delivery to ADP
Bundle-Track ships with a built-in method for outputting gross pay
data in a standard "ADP-compatible" export file. Our engineers
can provide custom interfaces for other systems.
Export Report Data to the File Format
of Your Choice
Bundle-Track's report windows include an export function that allows
you to save report data to file in the format of your choice.
