Instructions for a Microsoft Internet Explorer Browser

How to Connect
- If you haven't already been given a username and password for
our FTP site, contact Bundle-Track Support to request a guest
FTP login.
- Direct your browser to ftp://ftp.labormetrix.com.
- You may get a popup for a username and password.
- You may get an error message. Some error messages are
OK.
- 'Cannot find server' or 'The page cannot be displayed' indicates
failure. Your browser is preventing you from accessing our
FTP site. You will need to try again from another machine,
or use an FTP tool such as WS_FTP (website).
- If no Login As popup has appeared, open the File menu and select
'Login As ...'
- In the login popup, input the login information provided to
you by Bundle-Track Support, then click OK.
- The login popup should go away.
- If the folder view populates, you're in. Otherwise, use the
browser's File menu to select 'Login As...' again and log in again.
This time, the folder view should populate.
How to Move Files Into and Out of the FTP site
For the most part, you can move files just like you would from
one folder to another on your local machine: Cut & Paste,
Drag & Drop.
To download a file, you can also right-click on the file and
select 'Copy To Folder...'
Depending on the login we have provided you, you may not be able
to delete files from the FTP folder.
