Adding User Seats

The process is simple:

1. You send us your payment.
2. We send you a new executable.
3. You replace your expiring executable with the new one.

The finer details depend upon your licensing arrangement:
 

Annual Renewable License for One User Seat: $1,008 When you add a User Seat, we prorate the price of the new User Seat's annual license according to the amount of time left in your system's current annual license. Permanent License for One User Seat: $2,880 Each User Seat adds $432 to the annual Contract Support fee for your system. If you currently have Contract Support, your amount due includes both the permanent license fee for the new User Seat and the increase on the Contract Support fee prorated according to the amount of time left in your current Contract Support period. Dropping User Seats

Permanently Licensed User Seats may not be dropped.

User Seats acquired under an Annual License may not be dropped within the license period. However, at the next license renewal, you may choose to license fewer User Seats.
