Troubleshooting: "abnormal program termination"

This has been known to occur on WinXP machines, and to be isolated to a single user profile on the machine.

Resolution process:

1. Log into the computer with Administrator privileges.
2. Delete all *.tmp files from the directory named in the error message.
3. Copy the user's Profile to a new profile name.
4. Delete the old profile.
5. Change the new Profile Name to the former name.
