Troubleshooting: "Unknown
user name or password ..."

Typically, this error indicates that the Bundle-Track client has found
an Interbase Server, but the Interbase Server Manager is not running.
On the machine that hosts the Bundle-Track database, make sure that
InterBase Server Manager is Running.
If it wasn't, start it and try again.
If you have confirmed that InterBase
Server Manager is Running on the Bundle-Track Server machine,
and you are still getting this error, your Bundle-Track Client is
probably pointing to the wrong InterBase Server (probably to a local
database file instead of to one on the Bundle-Track Server). On the
Bundle-Track Client machine,
set the
database filepath according to these instructions, and try again.
