Troubleshooting: "Unknown Database. I/O error for file ..."

Note: there are other errors beginning with "Unknown Database." Make sure yours matches the one above.

Typically, this error indicates one of the following:

• The filepath specified in Bundle-Track Links is incorrect. To resolve this, reset the filepath according to these instructions.
   
• You are connecting your Bundle-Track client to a database that resides on another machine, and the filepath specified in Bundle-Track Links is correct, but the InterBase Server Manager on your client machine is set to start automatically and is intercepting calls to the server's database. To resolve this, set the client's InterBase Server Manager to client mode per these instructions.
