System Maintenance: Upgrading Bundle-Track from series 3.4 and 3.5

• In addition to the server on which Bundle-Track is currently running, we will have another server on which we could install the new Bundle-Track, at least temporarily, so we can take the parallel installation approach.
   
• We will not have access to an additional server on which to install the new Bundle-Track, so we will have to take the serial installation approach.
