Setup: Ticket Printer Object Setup: Checking Form Dimensions

If you have the Printer Properties panel open, exit the Printer Properties panel, saving any changes.

If you haven't yet, open the Printers area: >> Settings >> Printers.

1. In the Printers window, under the File menu, select Server Properties.
    
2. In the list at the top of the panel, locate the Form you have assigned to your Printer Object - either "Fanfold 8.5 x 12 in" or "Bundle-Ticket" - and click once on it to select it.
    
3. Look at the bottom of the panel and confirm that it displays the following specifications:
   • Measurements
     • Units: English
     • Paper Size
       • Width: 8.5 in
       • Height: 12 in
          
4. If the dimensions are not as listed above, correct them and click Save.
    
5. Click OK to close the Print Server Settings window.
