Setup: Ticket Printer Object Setup: Create a Form

If the Printer Object's Paper Size does not list 'Fanfold 8.5 x 12', create a new form you can use instead:

1. Exit the Printer Properties panel, saving any changes.
2. In the Printers window, under the File menu, select Server Properties.
3. On the Forms tab, check "Create a New Form".
4. Apply the following settings:
   • Form Description for: Bundle-Ticket
   • Measurements
     • Units: English
     • Paper Size
       • Width: 8.5 in
       • Height: 12 in
5. Click OK to close the Print Server Settings window.
6. Return to the Printer Object Properties you were setting and use "Bundle-Ticket" in place of "Fanfold 8.5 x 12 in" for the Paper Size.
