Troubleshooting:
Tickets misprinting: printing
wrong data
Symptom: Your ticket is showing data not related to the
Bundles you tried to print.
Cause: The ticket file itself was saved with the Save Data
With Report setting enabled. No matter which Bundles you try to
print, you will always get the saved data instead of the live data
you expect.
Resolution: Contact Bundle-Track support to have them release
the Save Data With Report setting on your report.
Want to fix it yourself? If you have access to the appropriate
version of CrystalReports, open the ticket file (check the Ticket
Layout selection to identify and locate the file), release the
Save Data With Report setting (in the File menu), and Save the report
again.
