Troubleshooting: Reports:
Error on Preview/Print
Before you call for support, please try the following measures:
- Network Edition only: If reports
work on one Client but not on another, there may be an ODBC data
connection problem. Run Bundle-Track Links on the troubled Client
workstation, make sure the network paths are correct (details
here), and click OK (not Cancel) to exit Links.
- If some reports work but others don't, there may be a permissions
problem. If the System Database Administrator (sysdba) can access
the reports but other users can't, it's almost certainly a permissions
problem. Contact Bundle-Track support for assistance. (It's an
easy fix.)
