Reports: Sending Reports with Data by Email

You can send a report, complete with its data content, by email.

Procedure:

1. Preview the report.
2. Click the Envelope icon.
3. Set Format to Crystal Reports (RPT).
   • for details about exporting to other formats, click here.
4. Set Destination:
   • if you have a Microsoft mail tool like Exchange, Outlook, or Outlook Express, choose Microsoft Mail.
   • otherwise, choose File, save the file, and then email the file as an attachment in your mail system.
