Troubleshooting:
Regular Rate is Zero in Payroll Detail
Typically, this indicates that Bundle-Track was unable to locate
a value for the Pay Rate specified as the Pay Condition's 'Condition
Base Rate.'
Troubleshooting Procedure:
- Locate the Pay Condition involved and click Edit so you may
examine the settings on its Standards tab.
- In the Default Rate column, is there a value specified for the
Condition Base Rate?
- If Yes, then the selected Pay Rate has a Global Value
and the Bundle-Track will always have a value for the Condition
Base Rate. Look for other causes, or contact Bundle-Track support.
- If No, then is there a value in the Condition Rate
column?
- If Yes, then the Pay Condition has Condition-specific
Condition Base Rate Value and the Bundle-Track will always
have a value for the Condition Base Rate under this Pay
Condition. Look for other causes, or contact Bundle-Track
support.
- If No, then the problem is probably that Bundle-Track
cannot find a value for this Pay Rate. Here are some options:
- Make sure that every Employee using this Pay Condition
has an Employee-Specific
Pay Rate value for the Pay Rate you have specified
in the Condition Base Rate dropdown on the Pay Condition's
Standard's tab.
- Set a value into the Pay Condition's Condition Rate
field on the Standards tab to specify the default Base
Rate Value for this Pay Condition. (Employee-specific
rates will always override this value.)
- Edit the Pay Rate and give it a global value. (Employee-specific
rates will always override this value.)
