Troubleshooting: "Field value required. ... PRDCOLKEY..."

Note. There are other errors that begin with "Field value required." This article addresses those involving PRDCOLKEY.

Typically, this error is encountered in Cut Entry when working with a Product that has no Colors assigned to it.

Resolution:

1. Delete the Cut.
2. Delete the Cut's Lot.
3. Use the Product Editor's Colors tab to assign at least one color to the Product.
4. Build a new Lot and Cut.
