Troubleshooting: "Master Record Missing. ... FK_TPSTIK ..."

Note: there are other errors beginning with "Master record missing." Make sure yours matches the one above.

Typically, this error indicates that you are attempting to delete an Event that has Tickets scanned against it.

If you want to delete this Event, you must first click the Production button ( in Event Tools) ) to access its Production panel and Unscan all Ticket scans you find there.

Note: Events that have fallen beyond the timeframe of Historic Production Data Protection will be removed automatically by the next database compression.
