Troubleshooting:
Makeup Pay is not working
For Makeup Pay to work, Bundle-Track must be able to locate a value
for the Pay Rate specified as the Pay Condition's Hourly Rate. (This
is true even if your Pay Condition's Split factor for Hourly Pay
is 0.)
Procedure:
- Locate the Pay Condition involved and click Edit so you may
examine the settings on its Associated Rates tab.
- In the Default Rate column, is there a value specified for the
Hourly Rate?
- If Yes, then the Pay Rate has a Global Value and Bundle-Track
will always have a value for the Hourly Pay Rate. Look for other
causes, or contact Bundle-Track support.
- If No, then is there a value in the Condition Rate
column?
- If Yes, then the Pay Condition has Condition-specific
Hourly Rate Value and Bundle-Track will always have a value
for the Hourly Pay Rate under this Pay Condition. Look for
other causes, or contact Bundle-Track support.
- If No, then the problem is probably that Bundle-Track
cannot find a value for this Pay Rate. Here are some options:
- Make sure that every Employee using this Pay Condition
has an Employee-Specific
Pay Rate value for that Pay Rate.
- Set a value into the Pay Condition's Condition Rate
field to specify the default Hourly Rate Value for this
Pay Condition. (Employee-specific rates will always
override this value.)
- Edit the Pay Rate and give it a global value. (Employee-specific
rates will always override this value.)
