  • Troubleshooting: "Insufficient SQL rights ..."

    Insufficient SQL rights for operation. no permission for execute access to procedure NEWTIKPRNSES.

    If you encounter this when you attempt to print tickets, first try this:

    1. Go into IB Console and get ISQL ready (here's how).

    2. Copy the following code into ISQL.
      • GRANT EXECUTE on PROCEDURE NEWTIKPRNSES to PUBLIC;

    3. Click the lightning bolt icon to execute.

    4. Exit ISQL and IB Console.

    Then try your ticket printing again. If it works, you're done with this issue (but you may need to look into a System Version Upgrade).

    If that doesn't solve the issue, it means that your UserID has not been granted the BUNDLECHANGER role in Bundle-Track Roles.

    To resolve this, you need someone with SuperUser access to log into Bundle-Track Roles, make sure your UserID is defined there, and give that UserID the BUNDLECHANGER role.
