Troubleshooting:
"Insufficient SQL rights ..."
|
Insufficient SQL rights for operation. no
permission for execute access to procedure NEWTIKPRNSES.
|
If you encounter this when you attempt to print tickets, first
try this:
- Go into IB Console and get ISQL ready (here's
how).
- Copy the following code into ISQL.
- GRANT EXECUTE
on PROCEDURE NEWTIKPRNSES to PUBLIC;
- Click the lightning bolt icon to execute.
- Exit ISQL and IB Console.
Then try your ticket printing again. If it works, you're done with
this issue (but you may need to look into a System
Version Upgrade).
If that doesn't solve the issue, it means that your UserID has
not been granted the BUNDLECHANGER role in Bundle-Track
Roles.
To resolve this, you need someone with SuperUser access to log
into Bundle-Track Roles, make sure your UserID is defined there,
and give that UserID the BUNDLECHANGER role.
