Troubleshooting: "General SQL error. database ... shutdown."

Note: there are other errors beginning with "General SQL error." Make sure yours matches the one above.

This message is encountered only by users other than the administrator, and only if the Bundle-Track database is put into Shutdown/Single-User mode while those users are logged into Bundle-Track.

To avoid this issue, make sure that no users are connected before initiating database shutdown. See the Shutdown procedure for details.

Resolution: restart the database.
