DB Maint.: Process for End of Pay Period

The following procedure applies to Bundle-Track versions 3.6 and above.

Process

1. Start Bundle-Track.
2. If pay is currently Frozen, UnFreeze it.
3. Freeze Pay.
4. Run a Payroll report for the current period to confirm that the data looks right.
5. If the report's data looks right, close the Pay Period.
