Troubleshooting: "Error 599: Cannot open SQL Server"

Typically, this indicates that someone has unsuccessfully tinkered with the ODBC connection and/or the BDE connection, leaving a valid database path in the BDE connection and an invalid path in the ODBC connection. Users will be able to log into Bundle-Track but will be unable to print or preview reports.

To correct this, use Bundle-Track Links to prepare your database connections. Bundle-Track Links will properly set both the ODBC and BDE connections.
