Detail Message:
Lock time-out on wait transaction object <database filepath> is in use
could not drop database <database filepath> (database might be in use)

This typically occurs within IB Console if you are connected to a database when you initiate a Restore of that same database with the Overwrite option set to True.

Solution: disconnect from the database and then try the Restore again.
